Acrobat ants typically live in nests that reside in cold, wet conditions. Indoors, wet basements are where they typically can be found. Outdoors, they like to live in trees that are dead, or have decaying wood. Otherwise, these ants can be found in the gaps of foundation and or around wiring and pipes.
